MedSpa’s state of the art facility features a new layout highlighting six private treatment rooms, standard back-of-house support areas, and an on-site laundry facility for added convenience. With high-end finishes and state-of-the-art equipment throughout, the space reflects MedSpa’s commitment to providing a luxurious and professional environment for its clients. Tenant Planning Services served as the architect on this transformative project.

Located in a historic loft building at 17th and Market in Denver’s LoDo district, the Screen Pilot project involved a 4,500-square-foot tenant improvement designed to reflect the company’s innovative approach to digital brand management.
This striking renovation of the space features open layout which prioritizes employee comfort and collaboration reflected in two inviting lounges and a custom bike storage area. High-end finishes and furnishings complement the space, while great care was taken to preserve the building’s original character—including exposed brick, wood plank floors, and heavy timber beams. Snyder Building worked closely with the building owner and its residents, employing flexible construction hours and meticulous planning to minimize disruptions to neighboring businesses and residences throughout the project.

Most recently, Snyder completed the downsizing of the Arcadis office space from a single tenant per floor to a multi-tenant space on one floor. Due to the new architectural layout of the office space, a new entryway was required to access the amended space. The Snyder team, demolished walls and re-framed/rebuilt them to create multiple workspaces. Doors needed to be re-framed in their new locations and new finishes were installed. There were also minor mechanical and electrical upgrades made within the new rooms. With so many companies offering their employees permanent remote work options, we think we’ll see more downsizing projects in the future.

Vivos is a integrative health practice focused on breathing wellness. Their office tenant improvement project upgraded a Class A dental procedure suite with LED lighting, beautiful curved soffits, new training rooms, and showcased elegant finishes throughout. The wood glass frames repeat the logo shape for a modern, whimsy detail. Vivos is located in the Ridgeline Tech Center under CBRE’s property management portfolio.
