Most recently, Snyder completed the downsizing of the Arcadis office space from a single tenant per floor to a multi-tenant space on one floor. Due to the new architectural layout of the office space, a new entryway was required to access the amended space. The Snyder team, demolished walls and re-framed/rebuilt them to create multiple workspaces. Doors needed to be re-framed in their new locations and new finishes were installed. There were also minor mechanical and electrical upgrades made within the new rooms. With so many companies offering their employees permanent remote work options, we think we’ll see more downsizing projects in the future.

Medical / Dental Office Tenant Improvement
Snyder Building completed the 3,200-square-foot build-out of the gym space, lobby, restrooms, and utility closet for the new location at Orchard Park Place in Westminster, CO. The left side of the gym includes metal I-beam support for the water bags used in the boxing routines and the right side of the gym is outfitted with weight benches and free weights for resistance training.
The client opted for a concealed or hidden structural steel rack for the boxing bags. Sound dampening was a main concern for the adjacent tenants, so a rubber flooring system was installed throughout the space. Acoustical sealant was applied at the top of the walls and an isolation pad was installed at the bottom of the walls to minimize vibrations and sound. The walls were built with a double layer of sheetrock with one being Quiet Rock to provide extra sound protection. An A/V system was installed to provide specialty lighting including black lighting and music throughout.

Rodman & Rodman, LLC is a local law firm specializing in insurance, business, sports, and employment litigation located inside the historic Equitable Building in downtown Denver. Taking two floors in the Class B landmark historic designated building, Rodman desired a space that reflected the firm’s ethics of hard work, attention to detail, and services in a timely and effective manner. The tenant improvement renovation simplified and modernized the suite’s interior enhancing the natural light from original building skylights. The 2,772 square-foot renovation included two floors of all new steel framed glazing, new hardwood floors and upgraded lighting throughout while maintaining the integrity of the historic building.

The 14000 and 14001 medical buildings on East Arapahoe were 15,700 sf of multi-phased, occupied renovation. We renovated the main corridors and elevator lobbies of each wing and floor, including the replacement of carpet and LVT flooring, and interior wall finishes, as well as fully upgraded restrooms, hallway ceilings and common corridor light fixtures.
