About The Project
We’re committed to providing safe and clean job sites for all of our clients. With health and safety at the forefront for physicians and medical staff, our commitment is even more resolute with our medical office buildings. The 14000 and 14001 medical buildings on East Arapahoe were 15,700 sf of multi-phased, occupied renovation. We renovated the main corridors and elevator lobbies of each wing and floor, including the replacement of carpet and LVT flooring, and interior wall finishes, as well as fully upgraded restrooms, hallway ceilings and common corridor light fixtures.
