Founder & CEO
Richard Snyder is the Founder and CEO of Snyder Building Construction, a Denver-based commercial general contractor serving the Colorado Front Range. With more than three decades of experience in the commercial construction industry, Richard has built his career around the belief that clients deserve more than a builder; they deserve a trusted partner who plans ahead, communicates clearly, protects the budget and schedule, and takes real ownership of the result. After graduating from the University of Florida and 15+ years working within established large construction firms, Richard founded Snyder Building Construction in 2015 to create a firm centered on the values he believes should define every project: service, quality, and accountability
Under Richard’s leadership, Snyder Building Construction has built its reputation around delivering high-value commercial projects with the care, responsiveness, and craftsmanship of a dedicated local team. The firm concentrates on projects under $20 million, bringing an owner-minded perspective to every phase of construction—from early planning and budgeting through project closeout. Richard is also committed to investing in the Denver community, including through Snyder Building Construction’s support of local nonprofit organizations and improvements to its Englewood headquarters.
