Renovations provide increased common-use flex space, transform a previously unused storage room into a multi-purpose conference room, and add a pre-function gathering area. All demolition and construction was conducted while the building remained open for operation. Current tenants of Sixth Avenue West include Keller Williams Advantage Realty, Pelegrin & Radeff, Canyon Title, Tetra Tech and Subway Development of Colorado.
