Weaver and Company is an internationally recognized, top medical supplier for skin prep gels and conductive pastes. The office and shipping warehouse renovation began with full demolition of 8,750 square feet of interior walls, ceilings, and finishes. The tenant improvement interior construction built back new offices with high-end finishes, including new ALUR glass and door systems. During construction, Snyder’s field team was able to keep Weaver’s shipping warehouse fully operational. There are custom creative elements throughout the space that complete Elsy’s interior design vision, such as wood clouds to frame the break room table.

The Worthmore Dental Clinic is part of the Project Worthmore organization, a non-profit organization geared toward the assistance for refugee families and their communities. This project involved a comprehensive remodel of a 10,000+ square-foot, two-story building, transforming it into a state-of-the-art dental treatment and surgery facility. The clinic now features 13 outpatient treatment rooms, two laboratory spaces, as well as offices, storage areas, and shared common spaces. Originally built in the 1950s, the structure required a complete overhaul of its structural and MEP systems to accommodate its new purpose as a modern medical office building.

Light Lounge is a 2,000+ square-foot medical treatment facility specializing in red light therapy administered to alleviate chronic pain and promote body restoration. This tenant improvement project, located in the newly constructed mixed-use core and shell at 9th and Colorado, marks the fourth Colorado location for the growing Light Lounge franchise, which now boasts ten locations nationwide. The design embraces a minimalist aesthetic with finishes that complement the therapeutic environment, along with integrated 24-hour access control to provide patients with flexible scheduling options.

Their office tenant improvement project upgraded a Class A dental procedure suite with LED lighting, beautiful curved soffits, new training rooms, and showcased elegant finishes throughout. The wood glass frames repeat the logo shape for a modern, whimsy detail. Vivos is located in the Ridgeline Tech Center under CBRE’s property management portfolio.

With health and safety at the forefront for physicians and medical staff, our commitment is even more resolute with our medical office buildings. The 14000 and 14001 medical buildings on East Arapahoe were 15,700 sf of multi-phased, occupied renovation. We renovated the main corridors and elevator lobbies of each wing and floor, including the replacement of carpet and LVT flooring, and interior wall finishes, as well as fully upgraded restrooms, hallway ceilings and common corridor light fixtures.
