About The Project

Sono Bello’s 6,400-square-foot facility required a comprehensive refresh of all interior finishes to maintain the highest standards expected in a modern medical environment. Given the strict protocols required in an active healthcare setting, all construction work was performed exclusively during overnight hours to ensure zero disruption to daily surgical operations and patient care. Rigorous measures were implemented to control dust, noise, and maintain a sterile environment throughout the project. Additionally, the team addressed a persistent slab moisture issue, safeguarding the new medical-grade laminate flooring and preventing future complications. The project spared no expense on top-tier medical-grade finishes and equipment, reinforcing Sono Bello’s commitment to providing a safe, clean, and luxurious space for patients and staff alike.

About The Project

At the Lakewood facility, the project included remodeling 100 resident rooms with kitchenettes, as well as all common areas, enhancing both private and shared spaces with updated finishes and fixtures.

The Aurora facility renovation was equally comprehensive, covering 95 residential units, common areas, and the campus food service and dining area. This portion of the project required strategic planning and coordination, as residents were moved between buildings throughout the construction process. Strict scheduling and phased construction were essential to maintaining a smooth transition and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

By carefully managing logistics, communication, and scheduling, Snyder Building Construction delivered both projects on time and with minimal disruption, reinforcing Cadence Senior Living’s commitment to high-quality, resident-focused communities.

About The Project

Weaver and Company is an internationally recognized, top medical supplier for skin prep gels and conductive pastes. The office and shipping warehouse renovation began with full demolition of 8,750 square feet of interior walls, ceilings, and finishes. The tenant improvement interior construction built back new offices with high-end finishes, including new ALUR glass and door systems. During construction, Snyder’s field team was able to keep Weaver’s shipping warehouse fully operational. There are custom creative elements throughout the space that complete Elsy’s interior design vision, such as wood clouds to frame the break room table.
