Snyder Building Construction completed the tenant build-out for the new CrossPurpose location on Broadway in Englewood, CO. This is Snyder’s second project with CrossPurpose – a nonprofit that provides a free six-month career training and community development program for adults who want to secure better paying jobs and build a brighter future.
The scope consisted of TI improvements to the existing 3,828 sqft building and included the addition of a retail space to the career center, a community center, a large classroom space, café, office space, and training area. The Snyder team delivered the project under an aggressive schedule as the space had to be ready to welcome its new round of students. This paired with extensive supply chain issues and long lead times posed a challenge, but Snyder exercised its expertise and ingenuity to ensure the project met schedule.
“It’s been an absolute pleasure working alongside the CrossPurpose team on this project. There’s a great deal of satisfaction for us bringing new life to a building that will allow this wonderful organization to serve the community.”

The Worthmore Dental Clinic is part of the Project Worthmore organization, a non-profit organization geared toward the assistance for refugee families and their communities. This project involved a comprehensive remodel of a 10,000+ square-foot, two-story building, transforming it into a state-of-the-art dental treatment and surgery facility. The clinic now features 13 outpatient treatment rooms, two laboratory spaces, as well as offices, storage areas, and shared common spaces. Originally built in the 1950s, the structure required a complete overhaul of its structural and MEP systems to accommodate its new purpose as a modern medical office building.
Mile High Food Club is the second project Snyder Building completed for Cloud Kitchens. Located in an existing 8,175-square-foot building, this project involved converting the space to house 25 independent kitchens, seven walk-in coolers and freezers, and various common area improvements.
Ghost kitchens are facilities where individual restauranteurs and caterers can rent kitchen space to prepare their products for online orders and food delivery services, without the need for a full brick-and-mortar restaurant. These kitchens are designed solely for food production and delivery, with no on-site dining area or customer seating, focusing exclusively on takeout and delivery services.

Located in an existing 8,175-square-foot building, this project involved converting the space to house 25 independent kitchens, seven walk-in coolers and freezers, and various common area improvements. Originally built in 1960, the building was gutted to accommodate necessary MEP infrastructure upgrades and a new design layout. Structural modifications and updates to the building’s façade completed the full remodel, transforming the space into a modern facility tailored for its new purpose.
