About The Project

Ghost kitchens are facilities where individual restauranteurs and caterers can rent kitchen space to prepare their products for online orders and food delivery services, without the need for a full brick-and-mortar restaurant. These kitchens are designed solely for food production and delivery, with no on-site dining area or customer seating, focusing exclusively on takeout and delivery services.

Mile High Food Club is the second project Snyder Building completed for Cloud Kitchens. Located in an existing 8,175-square-foot building, this project involved converting the space to house 25 independent kitchens, seven walk-in coolers and freezers, and various common area improvements. Originally built in 1960, the building was gutted to accommodate necessary MEP infrastructure upgrades and a new design layout. Structural modifications and updates to the building’s façade completed the full remodel, transforming the space into a modern facility tailored for its new purpose.
