About The Project

As the popular brand expanded into the Denver market, Sweetgreen selected three general contractors to deliver its first local locations. Snyder Building was honored to be chosen for the latest three Colorado stores, located in Highlands, Park Meadows, and University Hills, with spaces ranging from 2,110 to 2,782 square feet. Each project required meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. From high-end finishes to hand-crafted clay tile accent walls, these spaces reflect Sweetgreen’s focus on clean design and an elevated customer experience. The projects were both challenging and rewarding, and Snyder Building is proud to support Sweetgreen’s mission of bringing healthy, delicious food to the Denver community.

Commercial Tenant Finish

I collaborated with Snyder on three restaurant projects in the Denver area, and they proved to be an exceptional general contractor partner. They consistently delivered the projects on time and within budget, with minimal issues. The project manager, Jeremy, was thorough in reviewing the plans, while the superintendent, Jim,  was a fantastic partner who ensured the store looked flawless by the final inspection. I highly recommend this outstanding team!
