About The Project

Snyder Building Construction completed the 9,207 sqft tenant improvement for the Credit Union of Colorado’s Broomfield location. The project entailed the conversion of an existing bank to the Credit Union of Colorado brand. Extensive millwork was the aesthetic feature of the project. Snyder demolished and rebuilt new walls clad in meticulously stained millwork to align with the bank’s brand colors. The cash register and teller desk also feature millwork accompanied by a stone veneer finish. The design focused on an open branch concept by diminishing physical barriers between the drive-thru and the teller. For client convenience and flexibility, the branch is outfitted with self-serve kiosks and integrated with easy-to-use virtual teller machines. An open environment and transparency are important to the Credit Union of Colorado brand; therefore, clients are able to fully bank at any branch beyond simply using the ATM.

About The Project

Rock Fitness at McGregor Square is part of a new, mixed-use, baseball-centric development next to Coors Field in downtown Denver. The Rockies built the new fitness center to support the clients of the McGregor Square office building. The fitness center at $1.2M with 7,000 sq ft features fitness and classroom space along with state-of-the-art locker rooms. The centerpiece of the design is a large-scale lenticular mural that will circulate Rockies’ related imagery. The piece took additional coordination to install due to the height and the complexity of the angles. To replicate the baseball theme laminate floors were installed that resemble a worn baseball bat. A customized audio
system was installed with TVs distributed throughout the space, including custom controls and a wireless microphone system for instructors to conduct high energy classes with audio including Bluetooth connections to the systems. Rock Fitness is operated by Inward Fitness and offers exceptional results-based and innovative health and fitness services for their clients.

About The Project

RBC’s office tenant improvement project comprised 5,000 square feet of reorganized offices and work space in two complete and separate phases. As a company, RBC highly valued sustainability and reuse, so we worked closely with their project team to reuse as much final product as possible. Large doors, wood trim, glass, a roll-up door, carpeting, and existing walls were salvaged and reused for the project eliminating unnecessary waste. The renovation took place during regular business operation, thus the build-out took place while the remainder of the office was occupied. Our team was strategic in planning out phasing and temporary protection to minimize the impact on their teams, visitors, and overall business.

“Snyder Building Construction is professional, communicative, results driven, supportive, and fun to work with!”
