About The Project

We recently completed the redevelopment of a 1-mile stretch of sidewalk for the city of Centennial, within the Dove Valley Metropolitan District. This project involved extensive coordination with the District, City, Civil Engineer, and Stormwater Authority to ensure seamless execution. Key elements included the installation of new block retaining walls, construction of SEMSWA-compliant stormwater systems, and the addition of RTD-compliant bus stops. We also focused on maintaining access for local tenants by carefully managing pour sequencing and schedules of new drive pans in coordination with their delivery schedules. The entire project was designed with ADA compliance in mind, incorporating fully accessible sidewalks and ramps. Throughout the process, active traffic control measures were implemented to minimize disruptions in this high-traffic area.

About The Project

Weaver and Company is an internationally recognized, top medical supplier for skin prep gels and conductive pastes. The office and shipping warehouse renovation began with full demolition of 8,750 square feet of interior walls, ceilings, and finishes. The tenant improvement interior construction built back new offices with high-end finishes, including new ALUR glass and door systems. During construction, Snyder’s field team was able to keep Weaver’s shipping warehouse fully operational. There are custom creative elements throughout the space that complete Elsy’s interior design vision, such as wood clouds to frame the break room table.
