CrossPurpose is a non-profit organization abolishing relational, economic, and spiritual poverty through career and community development. The Arvada facility is the third project Snyder Building Construction has partnered on with CrossPurpose, marking their third facility in Colorado. This 16,740-square-foot buildout is the first phase of two, involving the demolition of the existing space, infill of the indoor swimming pool, and fit-out of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and a large family gathering area. Snyder Building is exceptionally proud of its ongoing relationship with CrossPurpose and is honored to contribute to their mission.

Commercial Renovation / Interior Tenant Improvement / Non-Profitl
The CrossPurpose project was a complete renovation of an existing 15,600 SF activity building into a new, multi-use community center. Aligned with its mission, CrossPurpose was intentional about building a headquarters that was designed in community. The 56 walls display their values through quotations, verses, and custom community art. This project comprised new glass-enclosed offices featuring all DIRTT systems, spacious classrooms, a community café, and airy sanctuary. Both café and sanctuary show off intricate wood-cloud ceiling elements. The upgrades also included new energy efficient HVAC systems and LED lighting throughout. The grand opening culminated years of growth and expansion for CrossPurpose and serves as an important milestone for the organization’s unique and important work of abolishing relational, economic, and spiritual poverty through career and community development in Denver.
“Snyder Building’s team was second to none. Their office is honest, forthright, and timely. They are large enough to undertake significant projects and small enough to have close relationships with their clients.”

Commercial Tenant Finish / Adaptive Reuse / Mixed Use
This $1.3M tenant improvement project was a renovation effort that joined two separate buildings into one cohesive 6,300 square-foot space. Partially funded by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority along with foundations and private donors, the updated building, RISE (Resilient, Inclusive, Sustainable Economy) Westwood, added space for programming, flexible arts and culture center and event venue, a commercial commissary kitchen, mission-aligned retail space, and improved classroom amenities. Construction also included removal of existing and installation of new barrel roof. Photography by Art of Her.
Snyder Building Construction has been incredible to work with. They helped us in every step of the way. Their knowledge and experience in building a fitness buildout was extremely helpful as we maneuvered through all the hoops and hurdles that come with it. Their communication throughout the project has been very clear, open and honest and their eye for detail has been fantastic. We are opening two more locations over the next two years and we are excited to have Snyder Building in our corner,\\
