Pizza Hut opened several new take out locations throughout the Denver-metro and suburb areas. These retail tenant improvements included installing owner-provided equipment and millwork, rework of underground plumbing and electrical, as well as new interior finishes (walls, paint, and ceilings). Our team also led the installation of kitchen hood systems and the Ansul fire protection system.
